Do Ufo exist?

The idea of romance in of itself is quite ethereal it can be compared to that of finding an UFO. This is understanding that the kind of romance we are speaking about is the coming together of two under mutual affection and no other reasons. The reason that this is as rare as it is due to what i believe as utilitarianism and the human condition or what Hofstede call as long term and short term. let's start with the long-term or the utilitarian aspect of women and men relationship. The natural call to unite the two parties in nature is for the purpose of procuring offsprings. Such concept of love is foreign to them. in a way we of the human society share a lot of that primordial sense of importance. throughout history we see that political marriages are some quite commonly used. often in this case the two parties don't actually share any strong feeling towards each and might never have however they been able to recognize necessity for said relationship for the good of the so...

An immigrant perspective on extracurricular in the states

For a while i am slightly tired of writing analytical blogs on the topics at hand. Instead for this blog i am just going to write my experiences as an Asian American and let others compare and contrast it to Japanese culture through my story. The reason being that writing analytically requires a degree of professionalism that curb emotions through impartial portrays of culture and secondly such writing requires research on the topic and that gets tedious. writing from the heart has always been more of my strong suit. Without further ado.      I see grandma packing somethings in her room. she is particularly well dress for today. Usually, she just wears a nightgown around the house but today she actually has her purse and blouse ready. This usually could mean two things either she has important things to attend to, and I have to look after the house for a good portion of the day, or she has important things to attend to and need me to follow. I hoped f...

consumer and merchant

America is known for its consumer culture. it is what the country is built off of. However, the idea of commerce is not something that was respected upon in eastern culture. it was traditionally thought of as a underhand technique as the act itself did not inherently produce any value. In that sense in the eastern culture farmers were view more highly. This i feel is reflected in some of the ways commerce is done from day-to-day bases as well.      A common thing about consumer culture in the west is that we see it as just simply a transaction and nothing more. Anything we buy or do in the process in doing so is done only as a bare necessity. We don't anything that is not obligated of the consumer either in policy or in common sense. such things usually just boil down to pay for your goods and occasionally do what is required of you at said place of business. Anything beyond that is purely up to the individual. Due to this policy often times more than...

The purpose of this study is to see the general trend of students and their early responses to what look for in relationships. The study spans from both martial relationships as well as pre martial relationships. The subject of study is mostly focus on young adults and youths. The study will also try to compare eastern viewpoints and western viewpoint by dividing their responses as such. For the study a total of 23 responses were recorded 1.  As we can see there is not a clear 50/50 split between male and female responses. There is a difference of roughly 2 responses.  2.  Of the various response i have 17 responses from Japanese students and 3 from other countries. The question was not mandatory, so some data was lost. Roughly 3 responses were lost 3.  The overall age that the responses fall under the range of 18-22. However, there is an outlier in the response of 27. This important as it will affect how future questions might interpreted  ...
